Chevrolet upgrades Silverado HD pickup

Chevrolet has unveiled an updated version of the Silverado HD heavy-duty pickup, which will hit the market in early 2023. Silverado 2500HD and 3500HD lineup vehicles will be available in Work Truck, Custom, LT, LTZ and High Country configurations, which feature body styling and available equipment.

The upgraded pickups have a redesigned Silverado 1500-style interior with a 12.3-inch digital dashboard, 13.4-inch touchscreen multimedia, digital rearview mirror, wireless gadget charging and other features. Several engines are available for the Chevrolet Silverado HD.

The 407-horsepower 6.6-liter gasoline V8 is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, and the upgraded 477-horsepower turbodiesel Duramax V8 also works with an automatic.

The list of available driver’s assistants has been expanded, and also the weight of the trailer allowed for towing has been increased.
