2011 Chevrolet Camaro Owner's Manual

The redesigned Camaro’s cabin features a colour touchscreen and a new Chevrolet MyLink infotainment system in the centre console. The system is controlled via a high-resolution multimedia touchscreen. Users can access the phone book, audio playlists and photo gallery from their smartphone using the Chevrolet MyLink system. The smartphone can be accessed via the USB port, Bluetooth channel and aux-in socket. In addition to voice recognition, a text playback function is also built into the system, which can be used to listen to messages from a smartphone. A rear view camera is provided as standard.

The Chevrolet Camaro Convertible is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 petrol engine. More precisely, there are two such engines. The first, more powerful, produces 426 hp of power at 5,900 rpm and 569 Nm of torque at 4,600 rpm, paired only to a six-speed manual transmission with dual mass flywheel and dual clutch. The second engine, less powerful with intake phase shifters and Eaton valve blocking mechanism to cut off half of the cylinders at partial loads, has 400 bhp and 556 Nm. It is mated exclusively to the Hydra-Matic 6-speed automatic transmission. With a manual gearbox, the convertible takes 5.4 seconds to reach 100 km/h.
