The interior of the Chevrolet Bolt EV blends perfectly with its exterior. The interior of the 5-seater has a two-tone upholstery of quality materials. The V-shaped centre console is topped with a 10.2-inch touchscreen control of the MyLink infotainment system with Wi-Fi hotspot, supporting 4G networks, as well as support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The navigation system has the ability to plot the best route and indicate all charging stations in the vicinity, while the Gamification app will help to monitor energy efficiency. Behind the three-spoke steering wheel is a fully electronic dashboard in the form of an 8-inch colour display. Additional equipment includes remote engine start, pre-conditioning function, all-around visibility, Bose 7 sound system with subwoofer, blind spot sensors, Lane Departure Warning System, parking assist, and more.
The Chevrolet Bolt EV is powered by an electric motor producing 200 hp of power and 360 Nm of torque. It is powered by a bundle of 60 kWh lithium-ion batteries (288 cells arranged in 10 modules). Zero to 100km/h takes 7.2 seconds and has a top speed of 146km/h. On a single charge, it can travel up to 383km. It can be charged from 240V AC, and the whole process takes 9 hours. The SAE Combo DC system boosts the battery to 80% of its capacity in just half an hour, and a full charge in just one hour. A brake energy recovery system is also available.
