2008 Chevrolet Cobalt – it is one of the fastest cars of the economy class. The first three versions have an engine of 2.2 liters, producing 145 horsepower. The SS version is equipped with a more powerful engine, 171 hp, with a capacity of 2.4 liters. The basic version has a manual five-speed transmission. There is also an automatic transmission with four speeds. In the basic LS package, anti-lock brakes are an addition. In all other configurations are a standard option. Among all crash-test scores the car has an average overall average safety score. Inside the cabin is a multifunctional stereo system, and attractive gauges. Design is simple, if you do not take into account the LTZ package, where the interior trim is made of leather materials. The 2008 Cobalt is available as a compact coupe or sedan. There is also a sporty SS version with a rear spoiler, a more powerful engine, and a sportier suspension.
