Chevrolet Equinox – SUV class “K2”. Equinox is practically unknown in Europe, but in America and Canada this crossover is very popular, and for the Chevrolet company itself it is one of the main breadwinners, since it is second only to the Silverado pickup in sales. That is why Equinox receives updates regularly in order to meet the requirements and wishes of North American motorists. In this case, the entire front of the car has undergone a redesign – in addition to a different grille and a redrawn bumper, the crossover has daytime running lights and projector-type headlights in all versions. In the stern, in turn, one can note the bumper and headlights with two horizontal blocks, and some versions also have chrome exhaust pipes. And, of course, it was not without rims with a revised design.

The interior of the restyled Equinox also has something to see, although the Americans did not radically change its style. However, a 7-inch Color Touch multimedia display with Bluetooth and a rear-view camera has become standard on all trim levels. In addition, a small storage shelf appeared on the center console, and the new transmission mode selector is distinguished by its design and the Range Selector button, which has moved from the side of the handle to the top. The list of options also includes new interior colors, materials with different textures and a number of original accessories.

From the interior of the Chevrolet Equinox, you can access the Internet through the OnStar 4G LTE network. For a surcharge, a Wi-Fi module is available, a system for monitoring the “blind” zones of mirrors and rear cross traffic, a frontal collision warning system and tracking markings, and much more.

The Chevrolet Equinox engine range includes two units – a 2.4-liter Ecotec that produces 185 hp. with .power and 233 Nm of torque, as well as a 3.6-liter V6, in the arsenal of which 305 “horses” and 369 Nm of torque. Engines are paired only with an automatic transmission.
