1997 Chevrolet Astro Owner's Manual
1997 Chevrolet Astro is a compact van that started its journey back in 1985 and is a representative of the second generation. The vehicle is actively used for cargo and passenger transportation.
The vehicle has three modifications: the base model with a standard set of options and features Base, the mid-range LS and the top-of-the-line LT.
Design and interior
The 1997 model is offered in an extended version. The main advantage of the vehicle was its power and capacity combined with compact dimensions. The van is available with rear and all-wheel drive.
Composite headlights are used as standard. The high radiator grille, which is visually separated by a horizontal overlay with the brand logo, attracts attention. The hood is flat, and longitudinal stampings along the body add dynamics to the exterior. Three new body paint colors have been added to the palette. Additional varnish coating extends the service life and increases resistance to external influences.
The traditionally straight lines and square shape have been slightly softened. The exterior emphasizes the reliability and practicality of the car model. Given the features, the van can accommodate up to 8 passengers and can carry cargo up to 3 tons.
