A compact American station wagon produced in 2005-2011 and replaced in the U.S. by a limited-edition Chevrolet Captiva Sport. The base of the car is the Delta platform.
In one phrase – an unusual retro car for a very low cost, the feature is the sheet metal parts. Somewhat reminiscent of the 1949 Chevrolet Suburban.
Stylish black, gray and red color. Comes with engines in 2 variants: 131 and 240 hp. The main modifications are LS, LT, 2LT, Serial Edition and van version.
In Europe it was sold in 2006-2007. In total, no more than 526813 copies were sold.
In 2009 Chevrolet introduced the Panel Van version of the HHR SS Turbocharged lineup with a 2L inline 14-cylinder EcoTec turbocharged gasoline engine and 5-speed manual transmission.
The model was only available for 1 year, sales ceased in 2010 along with the standard HHR SS Turbocharged.
