2014 Chevrolet Captiva Sport Owner's Manual
The Chevrolet Captiva is a full-fledged sports crossover with serious and dynamic character thanks to an electronically controlled all-wheel drive system that evenly distributes engine power.
The updated Chevrolet Captiva retains all its advantages: adaptability and the original ‘theatrical’ seating, which allows seven passengers to sit comfortably.
A number of body-enhancing new features are immediately noticeable when you look at the front of the car: a redesigned, sharp and aggressive bonnet shape, larger grille split into two halves and Chevrolet Captiva logo between them, prismatic shape of the headlights and turn signals integrated into the mirrors.
Next to the grille are the side air intakes, which are designed in a more angular shape, emphasising the sporty style of the car. From the side pillars to the stern of the body, the Chevrolet Captiva retains its attractive interior, characterised by a sleek, ascending side line.
Under the bonnet of the updated Chevrolet Captiva, there are also quite a few changes. The SUV comes with four powerful engines that are mated to manual or automatic six-speed transmissions that provide a powerful yet smooth ride. The engine line-up, comprising two petrol engines (2.4 l and 3.0 l) and two turbo-diesel engines (2.2 l), combines state-of-the-art technology for optimum performance and fuel efficiency.
